Roberts County, TX borders Hutchinson (along its northern edge) near Oklahoma panhandle giving us a 2020 census population estimate standing at 1,099 making it one of least populated counties located hereabouts. Its county seat is Miami although other towns include Alanreed & Parnell whilst Miami itself equates out to Roberts’ biggest town aside from mentionable county seat. This area had been formed out of Wheeler County back in 1923 – posthumously named after Oran Milo Roberts who served as former Governor General of Confederate Congress some time before that very same year.
