why are homes so cheap? (ogden) ogden is a pretty run down old and struggling economic area. it also has a pretty good sized college that keeps prices pretty low but the main reason is probably since al capone had a hideout there its just been a hub for all things illegal. not much jobs up that way also is a factor.
