Gimme a break. I lived around Dallas for a number of years. It's not all that. It's pancake flat with almost zero scenery, and it's blazing hot and humid from June to nearly October. You live amongst snobby, materialistic dickweeds, backwater rednecks, and self-righteous bible thumpers, and you have to swim in a nauseating amount of state pride doled out daily by homers who think Texas's crap doesn't stink. If you're not a staunch right-winger, good luck having your vote count. Texas hasn't elected a Democrat to statewide office in 20 years. You couldn't pay me enough to live in that overrated cesspool again.

The only way out of the apartment that I live in is to leave the Denver area, which I am more than happy to because of the length of the winters and too much snow. We already had snow and our first freeze on September 8. How's that?

Yes, move to Texas where they're too cheap and too stupid to properly winterize their critical infrastructure, and one little cold snap (that is mild by Denver standards) cripples their power grid leaving millions without electricity for days. Texas is run by some of the greediest and dumbest people in the country. Rick Perry, Dan Patrick, and Louie Gohmert are prime examples of the well-known Texan idiots.
